      Day 1 HOME TO NORFOLK ISLAND

      This morning, we meet at the airport in preparation for our flight to Norfolk Island.

      Upon arrival, our wonderful Norfolk hosts will meet us and escort us to our accommodation for the next seven nights. Enjoy a welcome drink before settling into your room and taking some time to relax.

      This evening, dinner will be served at the Resort Restaurant.

      Overnight: Paradise Hotel & Resort, Norfolk Island

      After breakfast, enjoy some time to relax by the pool or browse the shops before we set off on an Orientation Tour of the Island.

      This is a great introduction to Norfolk Island, giving us an overview of its history, culture and layout. We will visit key spots, take in some beautiful views and get a feel for everything the island has to offer.

      Tonight, we gather for the Island Fish Fry, set on a stunning clifftop with ocean views. Enjoy fresh local seafood, island dishes and live music.

      After dinner, we travel to Wonderland by Night. This unique experience takes us through the forest at night under soft lighting, where we will discover some of Norfolk’s unusual plants and nocturnal life.

      Today, we have the morning at leisure before departing on the Convict Settlement Tour.

      This tour takes us through Kingston and brings Norfolk Island’s convict history to life. We will explore the old buildings and ruins while hearing stories of the people who lived here during that time.

      This evening, get ready for some fun with Night as a Convict. Dress up, get into character and enjoy a lively night with a hearty meal, music and plenty of laughs.

      Begin the day with a Breakfast Bushwalk Tour. Walk through the national park, enjoying beautiful scenery along the way, before finishing with breakfast in a peaceful outdoor setting.

      Our next stop is Cyclorama. This immersive 360-degree experience tells the story of the Pitcairn Islanders arriving on Norfolk Island.

      Tonight, we enjoy the Ghost Tour. Head out by lantern light through the historic area and hear some of the island’s spooky and unexplained stories. It is equal parts eerie and fascinating.

      Today, we explore the Island Markets at our own leisure between 8.30am and 11.00am.

      It is a great place to pick up local goodies and handmade crafts while enjoying a relaxed morning among the locals.

      This afternoon, we depart on the Indulgence Tour. We explore some of the island’s best lookout spots, including Ball Bay, Mt Pitt and the Captain Cook Monument. There are plenty of photo stops along the way before finishing with cheese, crackers and wine at Bumboras Reserve.

      This evening, we enjoy a two-course dinner at Hilli’s Restaurant. Hilli’s is a long-time island favourite, known for its cosy atmosphere and menu featuring fresh local produce. It is a lovely spot for a relaxed and delicious dinner.

      After breakfast, we board the coach in readiness for our Paddock to Plate Tour.

      Experience Norfolk Island’s local food scene as we visit farms and producers and meet some of the locals. We finish the experience with lunch, where the local produce ends up on our plate.

      The afternoon is yours to relax before we depart for the Progressive Dinner.

      Visit a number of local homes and enjoy different courses at each stop. It is a special way to experience island hospitality and meet some of the locals.

      This morning, we head out on the Over the Cattlestops Tour.

      Explore the heart and soul of Norfolk Island as we discover some of its local industries. Meet skilled artisans and entrepreneurs behind the island’s businesses as they showcase their unique crafts and specialties.

      From handcrafted pottery to locally made soft drinks, there will be opportunities to taste and purchase some of the island’s locally made products.

      This evening, we enjoy a two-course dinner at Bounty Bar and Grill before experiencing the Sound and Light Show.

      Set in the historic Kingston area, this storytelling experience uses lighting and narration to bring Norfolk Island’s convict history to life.
