    Do you cater for people who are blind or have low vision?

    Yes, we have a range of tours where we can cater for people with limited mobility. Wheelie walkers and walking frames we can accommodate but unfortunately we do not have wheelchair facilities for our transport options.

    During our tours, we include various stops and customize our itinerary to suit the preferences and requirements of our tour group. At most of these stops, you’ll discover a variety of menu choices available. Many of the venues we visit offer options suitable for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

    If your dietary needs are exceptionally specific, you are more than welcome to bring your own food. However, we encourage you to contact us in advance so we can have a conversation about your individual requirements. This allows us to coordinate with the venues we’ll be visiting prior to the tour, ensuring that your dining experience aligns seamlessly with your expectations.

    Do you provide assistance for individuals whose primary language is not English?


    Although we don’t provide translation services, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting many tours for international groups. Our tours are designed to engage all your senses, from savouring delicious flavours to enjoying stunning scenery, delightful aromas, and captivating sights. This means language barriers become less of an issue. Your time with us will be a delightful, memorable experience that goes beyond language boundaries and is filled with smiles and sensory pleasures.

    Do you have discounts/packages for a carer?


    We are proud to offer a 30% discount for carers for all our day tours.

    Can you accommodate for assistance animals?


    In line with the Hearing and Assistance Dogs Act 2009 certified guide dogs, hearing dogs or assistance dogs are more than welcome on board our vehicles.
