Day 1 HOME TO MELBOURNE

Welcome to our 3-day tour to Melbourne, enjoying The Neil Diamond Musical: A Beautiful Noise. With our pick-ups complete, we make our way to the Brisbane Airport for our flight to Melbourne. (Home Pick-up included from the Sunshine Coast)

Upon arrival in Melbourne, we are met by our local tour operator. We make our way to nearby Woodlands Historic Park, home to Woodlands Homestead and Living Legends racehorses. Woodlands Homestead is a unique and treasured heritage building that now houses an extensive art collection, historic artefacts, and horse-racing memorabilia. Living Legends is home to some of Australia’s finest retired champion racehorses, including Melbourne Cup winners, Might & Power (1997), Rogan Josh (1999) and Efficient (2007). We enjoy lunch here, followed by a guided tour, before we head to our hotel in the heart of Melbourne – home for the next two nights. We have some time to freshen up before our welcome dinner.

Day 2 THE NEIL DIAMOND MUSICAL

This morning, we’ll visit the National Gallery of Victoria. Home to a wide range of international and local artists and exhibitions, it holds the region’s most significant art collection, with more than 70,000 works spanning thousands of years and a wealth of ideas, disciplines and styles.

After our self-guided tour, we indulge in a delicious High Tea in the Tea Room at the National Gallery. We are then transferred to the Princess Theatre for The Neil Diamond Musical: A Beautiful Noise. Created in collaboration with Neil Diamond himself, it’s the uplifting true story of how a kid from Brooklyn became a chart-busting, show-stopping American rock icon. With 140 million albums sold, a catalogue of classics like “America,” “Forever in Blue Jeans,” and “Sweet Caroline”. After the musical, we return to our hotel and meet again over dinner.

Day 3 MELBOURNE TO HOME

What a superb time we’ve had enjoying the great Neil Diamond Musical, and with his songs still playing in our ears, we say goodbye to Melbourne.

We are transferred to the Melbourne Airport and arriving home from an amazing Neil Diamond Musical tour.
